Well still not fixed and the problem is care code 201 [LU100]. I'm posting this here to see if any reeeeaaallllly good tech from directv stream can contact me and resolve this issue. As this has been going on for over a year wear I cannot login on certain devices without getting care code 201. I have done everything the techs said to do and more.Logging In. I try to log in and it wont accept my password or my user name I do the forgot my user id and it sends me the same one I had listed. So. I do the forgot password, answer security questions correctly, create a new password and then try again to log in. I now get a Care Code 201 [LU100]. Reset is of no help. This support forum is discouragingly quiet. Can't use phone apps due to sight and mobility issues. so have to use laptop.

I knew my password clearly and it was the first time I tried to log on after it asked me if I was sure to log off the night before.
