Saying that the "broadcast provider" has restricted the content doesn't change to fact that it's DirecTV Streams contract that is blocking this. I could go through a different content provider and not be blocked. Happening on TCM is one thing, but when it happens on local channels of major broadcast affiliates it makes it especially frustrating.

Additionally, the DIRECTV STREAM app has your regular locals but the Roku is looking for different ones because it’s location is wrong.
