My Security 9 has had four FTEs across approximately 310 rounds since new. The first two were classic stovepipes and easily cleared. The last two were very odd in that the spent casing stayed in the barrel’s chamber requiring me to use a small wooden dowel to pry the casing out; not good for a home defense/carry gun!I called Ruger today to check on the status of my Security 9. They said that the tech ran 60 rounds through it and didn't experience the problem of the last round remaining in the magazine with the slide locked open.
