Cons. Overworked. Always short staffed. A lot of staff are miserable, argumentative and lazy. Being PRN, FT staff are always trying to pawn tasks off on you that they don’t want to do. Patients don’t seem to want to do better for themselves but are simply looking for a place to stay with 3 square meals a day.
