Perhaps they can increase the locations that bosses spawn like killa but also increase the spawn chance higher or lower for certain areas. So say killa has a 50% spawn rate overall. Then on top of that, give him a 50% spawn chance on the main floor, 10% spawn chance in the garage, 20% spawn chance in the idea/oli.
