Hell yeah! IMO, it's the best roguelike. I've tried ADOM, TOME and Angband and couldn't get into them. I love Nethack and played it for many years, but DCSS is far superior. It doesn't have the maddening random deaths that Nethack does. ADOM is a good example of a roguelike that doesn't take long to learn and one that's still actively being developed. Personally, ADOM and ToME are my two favorites.
